CONDITIONS
A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to confirm any booking. The full balance is payable on arrival.
For stays of fewer than 15 nights a security deposit of €300.00 is required.
For stays of more than 15 nights a security deposit of €1,000.00 is required.

HOW TO BOOK

CANCELLATIONS
For bookings of less than 1 week, and for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to date of arrival, there is no cancellation penalty.
For cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior to arrival date the booking deposit is forfeited. For stays of longer than 1 week, no cancellation penalty is charged providing cancellation is made at least 15 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations made between 14 and 3 days before the arrival date the booking deposit is forfeited. For cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date, the first week will be charged in full.
HOW TO PAY
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
If you prefer to pay by PayPal, you will be sent a specific email with payment instructions.
